My goal each year is to create a positive environment that motivates learning. My wish is that each student leaves my class with a desire and excitement to continue learning new things. My hope is that you will always feel the freedom to visit with me about any concerns you may have concerning your child’s education. I truly believe that when parents and teachers work together, it enhances the first grade experience.

My Teaching Philosophy
Every child, in any situation, is capable of learning and contributing to our world. It is up to those that surround him/her each day to fill them with hope and a desire to succeed. As teachers we have the ability to help form the future, by motivating our students to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
